PIT VIPER TACTICS BATONS are backed by a 1 year replacement warranty! If one of my batons fails you during a critical incident with a combative subject; I will replace it for free. A basic synopsis of the circumstance that led to the failure is all that I ask for. **BATON failures that occur due to striking inanimate objects such as the pavement, metal, vehicles, safety glass and other fortified structures/objects are not covered under the warranty under most circumstances. I will review any claims to this warranty on a case by case basis however. I do personally understand the difficult jobs that you have committed your lives to, and the nearly impossible odds that you often face.
